 4. WeWork Spotlight Series, Mukkul Dasgupta Presents: “How to match Social Media metrics with your Business Goals”

The social media revolution is here to stay – many years ago, businesses used pen and paper to spread the word. Word of mouth became the only way to guarantee success and the only ‘social media’ that existed was through chit-chat in coffee shops or cafes.

Check out this article:  Events to attend at the Asian Civilisations Museum and Peranakan Museum in April 2018

In today’s context, every business ought to have an instagram or a facebook account – but the question is, how can businesses accurately tie their social media KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to their actual business goals?

In this session, Mukkul will share with you how businesses can improve or adopt marketing strategies for their social media accounts so that it stays relevant to the company’s business goals.

About Mukkul Dasgupta

Mukkul equips over 15 years of experience with top-tier management consulting and tech firms around the world, leading cross-functional teams and crafting market growth strategies to help businesses make smarter decisions.

He currently is the Head of Insights & Analytics (Marketing Solutions) at Linkedin Singapore.

The completed cards will be passed to the Child Life Therapist, Ms Suraya, who will then pass them on to the children in the wards. We will also be drawing and creating mindfulness coloring sheets for senior residents of Orange Valley Nursing Home and special friends at IMH.
Their beneficiaries:
National University Hospital ( is one of the largest acute care tertiary hospital in Singapore. They have several departments dedicated to pediatrics; which provides comprehensive care for infants, children, and adolescents across a full range of specialties.
Due to certain factors, some of these kids are required to stay up to several months in the wards. They hope to bring a little cheer and sunshine to them with the cards they make!

Orange Valley ( is one of the largest nursing home operators in Singapore offering convenience to and meeting the needs of the elderly through our five nursing homes island-wide and a range of bed types. All their nursing homes are approved to accept residents with government subsidies for elderly step-down care as administered by the Agency for Integrated Care.

The Institute of Mental Health (IMH) is home to about 1,200 long-stay patients suffering from chronic mental illness. Many cannot remember how many years they have been in the hospital. Sadly, visits from family members are few and far between, for some, as far back as 10 years ago. (
